The 3-Day Window You have 72 hours from the moment of delivery to evaluate your acquisition. If the quality does not meet the Sinister standard, you must initiate your claim within this window. After 3 days, the transaction is considered final, signaling your commitment to the piece.

The Conditions of Recourse Refunds are not guaranteed—they are earned. To be eligible:

• Pristine State: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition they were received.
• Original Encryption: All tags, packaging, and "Sinister" seals must remain intact.
• Verification: Proof of purchase is mandatory.

The Process Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Note: Digital courses and exclusive drops are subject to their own specific terms of finality due to the nature of the intellectual property provided (only physical products can be refunded).
